Jane Garcia

Jane Garcia graduated from University of the Cordilleras in the Philippines. Jane has thirteen years of experience taking care of patients in acute and chronic skilled care settings. Her experience includes providing safe and effective hemodialysis to patients, oversight of outcomes such as access management, hospitalizations, and missed treatments. She oversees the patient coordination of care with vascular offices, nursing homes, pharmacies, and hospitals. Jane performs and monitors the hemodialysis machines to ensure that they are safe and functioning properly and that lines, dialyzers and limits are set to patient’s dialysis prescription. She monitors patients pre, intra and post dialysis care and she continues to safeguard patients and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic to make sure that patients receive the dialysis treatments they needed in accordance with CDC pandemic guidelines.
